So how does the voicmail work when you call it. I take it runs a script that call the sound file from /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/GB/callie/**** I wonder if the sript is broken and its not grabing the correct sound files to play. Or could it be diaplan settings?

yeah went this route in th nd so when a call comes in it hits the IVR then the ringroup if it times out it thens goes to Call centre which in turn gives the option to press 0 to exit and go to the messaging service.

That was my next thought to be honest I have never set this up before and most of our customers dont require this feature.

So anybody got any ideas on how I can sort this I just all i need to do is pass thw call to a different number whislt a recording is beinig played, by pressing 0.

I have a customer ho is currently usng Time conditions to play a recording when out of hours. But they also want the option to use call forwarding from one of the extentions to forward incoming calls to a mobile number. Is this possible when Time conditions are in use?
