Should also say adding: fastcgi_buffers 16 16k; fastcgi_buffer_size 32k; to the nginx.conf file got rid of the upstream sent too big header while reading response header from upstream error. Thanks

If I check the MDRS section in fusion, I can see all the incoming messages now, so I am guessing the hook is working to some extent. :)

I managed to figure out the issue. When the extensions were imported in, the Call Screen option was enabled. Disabling Call Screen seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks

Hey Guys, I created a new tenant domain on a FusionPBX 4.5 server. All other tenants work correctly. The new tenant, I am moving from a different FusionPBX server. I did an export of the extensions and devices from the old server and imported them using the Web GUI into the new server...
