    1.4.0 update HA setup fail

Batch 2 is correct. It assigns the next number every time you run a migration. But there is now a proper way to run on the second server. It replicated the migration status but it didn't actually create the table. Read our doc on how to perform these correctly on the second server. There is also...

    1.4.0 update HA setup fail

You can check the backup, but I suspect this didn't happen to you today. It probably happened some time ago, and you just found out today during the update. This is untested, but here is what you can try. You can try creating all those missing records manually in the migration table and assign...

    1.4.0 update HA setup fail

The fact that every table is pending indicates a problem with your system or cluster. The last update only added one pending table update. Since all of your tables are pending, it tries to run all migrations again, and, of course, it hits an issue since those tables already exist. Check your...

Using Tailscale on a multi-domain FS PBX or FusionPBX

The above REGISTER was generated with a phone that uses an outbound proxy. Each manufacturer does it differently. The goal stays the same. You just need to pass the tenant domain in the header one way or another, and it doesn't have to be routable.

    Provisioning a Yealink T33G

You need to check device logs and nginx logs on the server to see what happens when the phone is trying to reach that URL. If you can open it in the browser, that is a good sign.

Using Tailscale on a multi-domain FS PBX or FusionPBX

@kenn10 FS PBX is designed to use only the main dashboard domain. You don't need a separate, routable internet domain for each tenant. When you authenticate a SIP register, it will include the internal domain name in one of the headers. Here is the SIP register example. The phone registers...

FusionPBX calls rejected due to missing Stir/Shaken attestation

The key difference is that you handle everything locally on your server, which means you don't have to rely on any third-party services. Even a 302 redirect can introduce overhead and a slight delay to your requests. Additionally, I'm uncertain if anyone can still provide you with Attestation A...

Disabled Phone number, or set to hang up, reties 4 times

The problem with answering the call and hanging up is that the CDRs show the call as answered. Which may lead to some other confusion in the future. It can also flag calls as spam due to new regulations and AI spam filtering. I would avoid answering the call.

FusionPBX calls rejected due to missing Stir/Shaken attestation

@dcitelecom You're right; FS PBX has a dedicated STIR SHAKEN module. You can use any provider, and each call will carry Attestation A, which is the highest level of verification.

keep in mind that dialplan will get overwritten by any changes made on the Phone Numbers page

Disabled Phone number, or set to hang up, reties 4 times

Freeswitch generates the response code. There is no common rule that all providers follow. Some want 480 and some want 603. Some would retry for any code to be sure. Everyone is doing their own thing.

    Remove a domain

They should be deleting fine. There was a small bug yesterday that affected a small number of users, but it was giving an error when it failed. If it gives you a success message, then it should be deleted. Update and try again with another domain.

Disabled Phone number, or set to hang up, reties 4 times

The PBX is most certainly not trying to call itself 4 times. Telnyx is doing it as part of its procedure. Your PBX is replying with a decline, so they keep trying again to make sure it wasn't a temporary failure. You can confirm that by investigating the SNGREP log. You will see 4 invites from...

email to fax queued up failed message retrying everyday

You do need to point your MX records to Mailgun; otherwise, Mailgun will not receive any messages and will not send them to FS PBX. However, I recommend you use a subdomain instead of your main domain. This way, you don't need to change anything with stalwart. For example, your main domain is...
