Hi i want to give access to the pbx to one of my client so they can setup call forwarding for the self. I have created a user under accounts for them put i cant seem to log in with that user is there any steps that im missing

one of my tenants has a 021 number that was ported the trunk is a 087 nr now calling the 021 nummber works fine but i cant seem to get the 021 nr to display if you call out it only shows the 087 nr i have set the external Outbound Caller ID Number to the 021 nr in the extentions any place else...

Hi this is my first post and first time using Fusionpbx so be gentile with the noob. I installed fusion on debian 9 with little issue and eventually got the outbound calls to work correctly but for the life of me i do not know where i'm going wrong with inbound calls so any and all advice to...
