    Still cant get it to work I tried this hash ${domain_name} outbound 1 <action application="playback" data="/var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/test.synphony.co.uk/recording.wav"/> The call dows not go through and the error on the phone says "No route to destination"

    Hi I have limited the outbound calls using "hash ${domain_name} outbound 1 !USER_BUSY" in the outbound rout What I would really like to is either display a message on the phone (Yaelink) or play a message saying Call limit reached. Is this possible?

    Is it possible to pick a specific device to transfer a call to? For example say I have a deskphone and a Softphone registered on the same Ext, is there a way to pick whcih device a send a call to? Cheerss Andrew

    Hi No I mean on a PC screen I currently have microsip installed on my pc but this means I have two devices registered on the same Ext number. Not reaally an issue but a bit messy. So I do get to see who is calling on my PC.

    Hi Could anybody recomend a simple way for me to present incoming caller IDs on a PC. We use Yealink phones with Fusion. I was thinking we could use Action URLs but this bit is new to me to be honest, so just looking for any recomdations of instructions on how to set it up. Cheers Andy

    Hi Adrian, Just checked the profile and its set as you have mentioned. What I find strange is that its only effecting this on phone number. I intially thought it may have been a firewall issue at the clients place. PBX is Hosted on a VPS and no one else has ever reported this issue before.

    Just to Add something else ive just noticed Ive set an outbound route to use SBC A then as an alternative use SBC B but it times out and does not seem to switch to use the second gateway. (Hope that makes sense)
