Unable to dial a number with + sign

PBX Not working when using the domain name, but works when I use the IP of the server
Hi Guys I need help. My FusionPBX Server installed successfully, I also Installed SSL. When I Configure my Fanvil X4 VoiP phone using the IP address as the pbx hostname it works however when I switch from IP Address to domain name e.g : sip.netstreet.co.za it fails, can someone please advise...- murendie
