HI, Fusionpbx will only accept sip registrations from domains its known if you created extensions 192.X.X.X or whatever your public ip then trying pbx.mydomain.io will not work because fusionpbx doesn't consider it as valid domain. You have to login as admin under advanced domain add this domain...
