@Dan re: I have not succeeded in getting Mack to explain "Load balancing" clients across FusionPBX SIP profiles there is this, but I agree with you it is a little sparse on detail but does explain what needs doing to get it working :)...

we went to Letsencrypt site, and found the root cert pem file which we placed on our TFTP server and typed the pem file name into the GUI on the phone - down the left hand side of the GUI is TLS Support Root and Intermediate Certificates Filename - this is where we typed the pem file name...

any guidance from anyone would be very much appreciated folks :-)

we have Fusion PBX up and running with a TFTP server, we are using Letsencrypt as a wildcard cert, but when you go into the GUI on the Aastra phones under TLS support it asks for 4 pem files, where would we find these on the fusion pbx server please ?
