    Hi, we're experiencing one-way audio during on-hold, it happens only during incoming calls (Calls from outside and internal calls). Our outbound calls are doing good. We've open ports for sip and rtp in our firewall and nat already. Thanks!

    Hi Sir, may I know what's your troubleshooting with your outbound calls? We entered the IPs of our carriers in ACL and set it to allow, and the setup an outbound route, however, calls still not working.
