    After call is hanged up by one party, the other party is pushed to voicemail

    I have a strange issue which I can find what's wrong with my setting. When A (in my example, extension 162) calls B (extension 135), B picks up the call, and A and can talk to each other. However, when B hangs up the call, A is straight away pushed to voicemail.
