    Thanks. I think the problem is that the user does not have an assigned extension since this is simply a fax2email user with an inbound Destination DID and corresponding Fax Server destination. No extension is required for this to work but I guess this messes up the Dashboard stats.

    limit phone usage for an extension

    - you need to create 2 outbound routes e.g. internal and 911 (911 should not be in the same outbound route) - use regex to define the numbers each route can call. e.g. internal = ^[2][0-9](\d{1 and 911 = (^911$|^933$) - allow the 2 routes in extensions toll allow.

    I installed the fusionpbx SMS app more than a year ago and see that changes were posted a while ago. Do I have to run git clone https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx-apps to update the SMS app, or will it update automatically when I run the GUI upgrade script?

    Thanks. So DIDww has an option called "telephone-event" in the available codec section and if that is not enabled the dtmf dont work properly. I only had alaw and ulaw enabled. That was the problem of not getting any dtmf at all.
