I tried calling the fax extension locally, didn't get any tone.

SpanDSP is running. I tried stopping it and running it again. But no luck. I tried calling the extension number also nothing works. Should I share the fs_cli log?

I've a dedicated fax number. I've tried both options. It didn't work. I also tried calling the dedicated phone number, usually it should give me a fax tone, but it is not playing that also.

I recently installed Fusionpbx verson 5.4.5. I'm trying to setup fax server on it. Fax outbound is working fine but inbound is not working. I've tried adding fax extension under Fax Detection field as well as directly in the Actions in Destination tab, but it didn't work. Can anyone please help.
