bdr installation

Hi Guys, I've got a bit of n00b question. I am spinning up a new FusionPBX server for our staging platform. Struggling my butt off just to get postgresql-bdr installed on the system. I saw on fusionpbx.com's quick install guide that Debian 10 is supported but not sure if BDR is supported...
