cross tenant ims

I have a fusionpbx with freeswitch underlined, i created two domain , say dm1.abc.com and dm2.cde.com i have created the outbound route for extensions 100x of dm1.abc.com calling to 120x on dm2.cde.com , all OK but the IM just works between the tenant only, unable to send cross tenants like...
