mod_xml_radius

Hi. I want to use mod_xml_radius to authentication in FusionPBX, but I don’t know where in the dialplan to place their xml-s (such as auth, rejections, timeouts) Somebody know it? Now I place it on top of Dialplan Manager. Is it right?
