Has any one successful configured a nexmo gateway for outbound calling? Inbound works fine but outbound I receive "488 SDP "NotAcceptableHere" back from nexmo. Per their suggestion I'm setting absolute_codec_string=PCMU, param name="rtp-start-port", and value="10000", param name="rtp-end-port"...
