password

Hi everyone, I can't login to my webui, and I tried resetting the password according to the documentation, but the web interface throws 500 when trying to run install.php. I also tried changing the password via sql interface but to no avail. What am I missing here? Here is the error log from...

I am locked out of the admin account on a box that is running multiple domains. I know that I can reset the password by renaming the config.php file getting the DB password and recreating it. My question is would this affect other sub accounts and or any configs currently on the system?
