404 Errors after upgrade to 5.4

Hi all!

I just upgraded FusionPBX to version 5.4 (from 5.2 via 5.3) and am getting 404 errors when I add/change extensions and devices. The changes are made, but instead of the banner at the top showing the status, it goes to a 404 page instead. Gateways, users, everything under dialplan, voicemail, call forward, IVR seem to be unaffected.

I followed all instructions in the "Upgrade from 5.2 to 5.3" and "Upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4", including resetting menus, app settings, etc. to defaults.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind, it had nothing to do with 5.4. I am importing stuff via direct psql and I believe my device import is messed up somehow.
 
I had uppercase chars in the mac address in my sql queries, converting all macs to lowercase seems to have fixed the issue.

I'm biased towards lower case.
  • When using lowercase, I don't have to press shift or caps lock.
  • Lowercase also gives more visual cues based on the shape of the letters.
  • Uppercase is more blocky and gives fewer visual cues.
