adding originate_timeout to outbound dialplan does not override default setting

Hi there!
I'm trying to shorten the time delay when outbound dialing and if a gateway either doesn't answer or responds with an error so we can keep attempting the call on the next gateway. Here I've also tried bridge_answer_timeout as well and the failover occurs around one minute from initial dialing. for testing i'm using prefix code 70 so live customers are not affected.

Any ideas?
