Adding Voicemail Greeting via uploaded .mp3 doesnt work

I am trying to upload my voicemail i created with a studio grade mic but when I go under Voicemail and click greetings and upload my .mp3 recording, it doesn't actually apply it or play it. Any ideas?

Do it as a wav, no reason to do it as mp3, it just loads up the cpu a little more.
