The issue is that when we add an admin to a subdomain if they make any changes(trivial or not) and click save, the changes don't work, block the call, or basically it ends up an invalid XML file. I have to log into a super admin account to click save on the page(NO changes made!) for it to start routing correctly, IVR, ring gorups, etc.
