Morning,

I know that you can dial *22 from a phone to allow an agent to log in but that appears to be the agent assigned to that phone. Is there another hot code that allows an agent to log into any phone with a agent ID / password?

That logs them in and out which I think is what its suppose to do. May have to figure out how to make a softkey button for this so that way they wont have to remember the *23 number. Now to see if I can get a call center queue to work. The joys of learning something new. :)

So i tried the *23 which allows you to log in but our agents may not always be at one set desk. So if the agent ID is assigned to extension per say 250 and they log into phone 255, 250 will ring and not 255. If this makes any sense on what I am typing.
