Chidado Member Mar 8, 2017 50 2 8 Apr 30, 2020 #1 Anyone seen a situation whereas a caller with no caller ID or an anonymous get the loop when selecting the choices in the IVR? When we call in with a caller ID, we get the call directed according. Anon calls get the loop (back to IVR). Thoughts?
