This strange thing happens when someone calls a call center. 1021 is an agent of that call center and it is actually the only agent right now. As you see some peculiarities come together:
1- Although the call is answered and it lasted 5 minutes, during this 5 minutes (during the ongoing call), it rings 3 more times internally and logs them unanswered.
2- Caller destination of these so-to-say "unanswered" calls seems like "{caller_destination}" instead of the number.
3- I set announcement of the waiting order for this call center. The caller hears "you are number 4" announcement although they are number 1.
