Attandant Transfer

Hi,
We have a problem with the "attandant transfer". What we do is that we dial the extension number after we have pressed the TRANSFER key in order to make an attendant transfer. We press the TRANSFER key again to transfer the call to the extension number, but the transfer doesn't take place. The line stays on hold. What do you think we should do? The version is 4.2.2.

The transfer will be a function of your phone, I imagine, so what I would do first is get a sip trace happening and find out exactly what the phone is sending.
