Hello!
I need help in very strange problem.... There is "bind_digit_action" extension in "dialplan manager" which activates feature codes and escpecially for attended transfer.
So we have 2 caller. A is outside of FusionPBX, B is registered with FusionPBX.
1) A calls B. B wants to transfer a call. B press *4, hears tone (A hears hold) and enter the number ended by #. Ok, transfer is complete.
2) B calls A. B (yes, B) wants to transfer a call. B press *4 and.... nothing happens. Why? Ough.... bind_digit_action is below the outbound route! Ok, move bind_digit_action before the out route. New call. And .... still nothing happens! But if FS logs we see that bind action is ok, match is ok, but stiil nothing
Please, help. What is the right way to allow call transfer for local user when it dialing outside?
