Blank Dashboard without Menue Bar in Fresh Installation

I have installed fusionpbx on debian 11 and getting no menue bar on dashboard after i logged in.

i tried following commands after going through some old threads but nothing changed.
cd /var/www/fusionpbx
php /var/www/fusionpbx/core/upgrade/upgrade.php


Can anyone suggest me anything. unable to start/restart fs_cli as well.

I'd try the install again, there's nothing to rescue so just start over from scratch, if you really care maybe watch or review the installer output.
