Hi All, got a bit of a weird one
Customer has 4 Polycom's which I don't usually play with as like to use Snom's. I have these all all provisioned including the BLF's (what a nightmare that was) but have 1 extension number that is not playing nicely.
All the extensions had ddi's and when the ddi rings, the light flashed on all the phones so if the user is not there someone else can pickup. I have one that does not work this way. You can press the button and it will ring the extension but that button will not flash on any phone when the call comes in. If I move the DDI to another extension number, it works fine. I though it may be the extension so I delete and recreated it, still no joy so put then on another box to rule out any oddness and still the same issue.
I have come to the conclusion that it may be the Polycom stopping the blf working on the other phones. Anyone got any clues here?
