Hi there,
I have an inbound DID and on that domain I added a call block for CALLERID-A.
When I dial that DID from CALLERID-A, the block does not work.
If I divert an external number to the inbound DID, then dial from CALLERID-A, the call block does work.
From this I conclude that if the caller and the DID are on the same FusionPBX server (even though they're in different domains) the call block doesn't work.
Personally, this is a bit of an edge case for me. I would have to be a MUCH larger company before this would matter, but I thought it worth bringing up anyway because when I googled it I could find people mentioning that calls that do not originate from inbound routes (eg. calls between 2 extensions in the same domain) won't trigger blocking, but in my case I'm dialling a DID so it's going via an inbound route but still not blocking.
Thanks,
Iain
