Call Center agents using Follow Me or Call Forwarding

I'm trying to enable Follow Me or Call Forwarding for "callback" Agents in a Call Center, in case they are not connected via their SIP phone to forward to a mobile number.

According to the docs here, I should be able to set the contact string to "loopback/<extension>", but this doesn't seem to work.
