Call Center Functions from Purple Membership

Good Afternoon All,

Does anyone have a video demo of the call center functions mentioned in the purple membership?

Debating on signing up for it and would like to see it in action first.

I inquired some time ago, there were no screenshots available and the only demonstration we could see were from training videos see the quote below. There may be more information available now, but from what we got to show our customers, we were unable to convince them that it was value for money.

Hi Adrian,

I do not believe that we have a system that you can log into to review and demonstrate the Call Center Wallboard and Call Center Summary applications. You can, however, see it demonstrated in the November 2019 Admin Training video Day 2. Go to around the 3:58:00 into the video (3:49pm on the shared computer's clock). It was also demonstrated in July 2019 Continuing Education around 12:55pm.

We may want to schedule some time for a demo and to answer fully your questions.
