Hello,

I am using FusionPbx and i am using multiple call center queues with agents. the problem that i encountered was one of the queue stopped working.
For Example
I have 4 queues A, B, C, D; A, B, C was working fine but D stopped working. Symptoms was when any caller selected digit action from the IVR to that queue, call hung up. After i assigned that digit to Queue C it was working again. After that i made a change to Queue A {added agents} and binded that digit action to A. Then queue A also stopped working.

Does anyone have any idea if they have encountered something similar?

I had a snapshot from a day earlier with exactly same configuration.After i reverted back to that snapshot It was working again.
