Call recording only can hear other end voice.

Have an issue where calls being recorded for outbound i can only hear the customer end (who answered the phone) but i cant hear my self....

for inbound calls i can hear both caller and receiver.

Looks like i figured this out...

for inbound i never saw the issue because both left and right speaker play at the same time.
for outbound right side speaker is receiver end voice and left side speaker is caller voice.

i was using a usb headset with mic only has right side speaker, so all this time i though it never worked, until i used my headphones left/right and was surprised.
