Hello everyone, I am facing problems regarding call recordings.
In the extension, recording is activated for everyone and everything.
In the systems file the recording is there, I see the file in the directory where they should be.
In the web environment they do not appear, not even the icon to listen or download is displayed.
I've already restored everything to factory default and still nothing appears in the web interface for download or listening.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
My version is FusionPBX 5.0.1
