We have a number of agents that might be involved in multiple ring groups / call queues so we use the caller ID prefix to show which each one is so they are more prepared to handle the call on the other end. WORKS GREAT!
However, we also have shared voicemail boxes so that these groups can work on related messages. Is there some way the prefix could stay with the CID information into the voicemail so that we know which messages each might be for. This can help us prioritize callbacks without having to go through the messages that might be waiting.
