HI, I want to give a customer access to voicemail by dialling in from a DDI
In destinations, I have set the 'Action' the the DDI to 'Check Voicemail'
I have set the remote_access variable to True
When dialling in, the call just drops. In the Log I see the following error:
2023-12-14 11:29:06.931620 97.87% [ERR] mod_lua.cpp:202 /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/app/voicemail/index.lua:155: attempt to concatenate global 'voicemail_id' (a nil value)
Just to add some more context -
When I dial *98 from an extension I am asked for mailbox ID then password
If I add an entry into the *98 dialplan the number of an existing mailbox number, ie voicemail_id = 600 then when I dial in remotely I just get asked for the password.
So it seems that the voicemail_id is remaining a null value when dialling in remotely (as per the error message)
Any help would be appreciated
