Using Yealink phones, dialing *97 gives complete silence for a few seconds before a hangup, I can use *99(ext) To send a voicemail message to an extension without issue. SNGREP shows the calls are being completed, unsure what would be causing this.
Any idea where to begin looking?
Edit: This also happens on a soft phone, so I think it's a fusion specific issue.
Edit2: I am finding other star codes aren't working, namely *732 just immediately hangs up. This is a fresh install of Fusion. I saw some other postings which mentioned something about missing or corrupt voice files or something, otherwise still at a loss as to what I should do to resolve this issue.
Edit3: Looking at the freeswitch logs reveals that all of the vm.wav files are missing, I assume all of the other wav files are missing too which is causing this issue. How do I go about grabbing those audio files post installation?
