Hi,
Enable in Default - Settings - Provision:
contact_extensions
contact_groups
contact_users
In Devices make sure the Device username and password are set.
If you are doing provisioning via Fusion it should download through config.
If using GDMS, make sure to enable HTTPS download, add username and password from Device and set download interval.
You do not need to provision devices directly to Fusion and still get the phonebook.
In that case I copy the setting to a domain called:
grandstream_phonebook_xml_server_path
Change the value of subdomain.domain.tld/app/provision/ to True and to domain in question.
