I tried to find documentation on this, but it is very poorly described and I couldn't find satisfying answers in other Threads.
I would like to setup a Contact List in one Tenant and be able to provision the phones with these contacts. I see that the provisioning profiles include nice formatted directories for each phone model.
I tried following some examples from other threads, as to create users, attach them to extensions, but if I download the directory from the Device page it comes as an empty file.
