Hi,

If someone could be kind enough to help to understand what this line means exactly:

2018-12-02 09:12:28.838693 [WARNING] sofia_reg.c:2915 Can't find user [@112.215.6.210] from XX.XX.XX.XX
You must define a domain called '112.215.6.210' in your directory and add a user with the id="" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.
2018-12-02 09:12:28.838693 [NOTICE] sofia.c:2411 Hangup sofia/external/081385590544@XX.XX.XX.XX:5060 [CS_NEW] [CALL_REJECTED]

I have setup an inbound route, but when the call comes in it fails straight away. Now where the Xs are is my IP public from my sip trunk provider, but what I cannot figure out is where the 112.215.6.210 comes from! I have setup an bound routes before as per documentation and I never had that issue, but for some strange reason on the new PBX that I am setting up every time the call comes in and end with this message. If someone could just help to understand the above line I will be able to fix it in no time?

Thank you kindly

Just a guess but is 112.215.6.210 the IP address of your PBX?

That error message looks like you are trying to register an endpoint to 112.215.6.210, and that isn't defined as a valid domain within your FusionPBX instance.

Jean make sure you add your carrier or voip provider IP addresses to the domains access control list. Do this by going to Advanced -> Access Controls then edit the domains ACL in the CIDR field add the IP address and then set it to allow last add a description for the IP address, then save it. Test it again if you have problems go to Status -> SIP Status and click on the ReloadACL button. Then try again.

Hi, sorry for the belated reply. Thank you Mark & Kenny. I have followed your instruction but, inbound route still does not function! Furthermore the IP address 112.215.6.210 keeps changing on a call basis:

2018-12-04 02:16:07.453373 [WARNING] sofia_reg.c:2915 Can't find user [@10.18.12.1] from MY_PUBLIC_IP
You must define a domain called '10.18.12.1' in your directory and add a user with the id="" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.

Anyway thank you, I will update you once I solve this issue.

Hi, @markjcrane your solution worked fine I was just entering the wrong domain, I was entering my public CIDR address instead of the SIP trunk provider CIDR, my apologies :-D thank you for your assistance it is all working now...
