CURL on dialplan

Hello folks,

There is possible to run a CURL command on dialplan, passing some FS variables on URL? For example: I need the make a HTTP POST to a web service, passing the CID Number to it... I tried to make this using the 'system' app, but the application doesn't allow to pass any variable to the command.

Hello Mark,

The documentation says that I need to recompile FreeSWITCH...that's right? In the modules config. on FusionPBX, the curl application doesn't exist.

Or there is a different way to run curl on FusionPBX?

If you are running Debian 8 and installed in the last year then you would run the following.
apt install freeswitch-mod-curl

Then go to the Advanced -> Modules it will add the module then refresh the page and make sure its enabled and started.
