SOLVED Destinations options not listing extensions (or voicemails)

I don't really want to double post, but I have an issue and wanted to get it out of another thread where it may not be seen by those in the know.

I ran into the GUI nnot accessible after an upgrade and the fix listed got the GUI back, but as stated in this thread's title, When adding or modifying a destination, the extensions and voicemails do not show up in the dropdown list, just items in the "Other" category.

Any help would be appreciated.
