Device Profile missing fields

Noticing in a lot of of my systems under Devices then Profiles then under your profile the "Type" field for Yealink is missing a lot of fields but if you go to Devices and edit your device you see all of the Yealink fields. Anyone else seeing this?

Just had a look on my 4.5.9 install of two weeks ago, all the Yealink options are present for me.

The trouble with us installing from the Master branch at different times is non of us are singing from the same hymn book. So it becomes very difficult, if not impossible, to faithfully replicate an issue that someone else may be having. I will be glad when we have an up to date stable branch once more.

I can see under the vendors its missing the labels, tried restore to defaults but did not help.

I see this issue across all of my 6 different systems using 4.4 branch listed above.

Small observation -
All the ones that "failed" have spaces in the name.

Likely an issue rendering the underscore as a space in the PHP somewhere.

Fusion support recommends an upgrade will try that later to bring to master.
