I have a problem with my FusionPBX. We have a multi-tenant installation that has been working perfectly until now.
The issue I've encountered is that in the Applications/Recordings section, I can no longer upload more recordings.
This client has about 25 recordings in that section, which I had been uploading without any problems, although I understand that this is not a limitation.
A few days ago, this same client requested that in some IVRs, the error messages be played in English (e.g., "invalid option"). We have default_language set to "es" in Advanced/Variables/default_language.
So, I created an option for the "en-us" language within the client's domain itself, in the "Language" subcategory with the value "en-us".
Everything works correctly, and it plays the messages in the configured languages. However, it seems that since that moment, we cannot upload more recordings using the Applications/Recordings menu. It doesn't show any error; the file simply doesn't upload, and the entry doesn't appear.
I don't know if this behavior is related to the multi-language configuration, if it's a limitation of FusionPBX, or what might be happening and why it has stopped working.
(I tried uploading a recording to another tenant, and it doesn't work there either.)
Can anyone give me a clue about what might be happening? How can I debug this behavior?
