Hey everyone
We have a singular extension that is used for confidential information, like credit card details etc which has recording disabled. There's only one person who can accept these details so everyone in the company transfers to this phone and sometimes back out again.
We've recently discovered that recordings still continue however if someone transfers the call to that extension and they have recording enabled. I tried modifying the 'recording_follow_transfer=true' to false, and it didn't seem to do anything. I also played with record_append and record_in_progress but they don't seem to do anything substantial either.
Anyone know the magic way to kill a recording on a transfer?
