SOLVED External Call to Ring Group not working

I have problems with calls from external to Ring Groups.

Here is my "test-setup":
Gateway to my sip provider:

2 extensions (100 and 101):

1 ring group:


Using the extension as target in my inbound route the call is working and my phone connected to this extension is ringing:

But If i only switch the destination in the inbound route the call is not working and my extension is not ringing:


Any suggestions?

Ok, I found out the solution of my problem: a misconfigured outbound rule:
