I've encountered the following two problems:
1) When sending a fax, it ignores any condition except destination number. I have two gateways A and B that are routed depending on the outgoing caller id number, and fax ignores that in outbound_route_to_bridge, causing the wrong gateway to be selected.
2) I use mod_translate to rewrite numbers into a unified form as the two gateways have different requirements. Fax ignores that yet again and tries to bridge to
> sofia/gateway/ed11b4c0-a454-4f5d-89a7-50568cd8945f/${translated}
where translated is set earlier in the dialplan by mod_translate.
Is it possible to make fax just use the regular outgoing dialplan instead of having this weird special handling?
