I am running FusionPBX version 5.3.9. I have installed the Fax server to use with T38 as my carrier. I am able to receive faxes but I cannot send. Every time I try, it just comes back failed. I checked the logs and do not find anything to go on. Can someone please help me find out what I am doing wrong
