Hi All,
Had an interesting few hours. My upgrade went ok ish, usual dependency issues which I think all got solved. My sip profiles all started - left running overnight and in this morning and profiles will not start with an error connecting to the database - but fusionpbx gui seemed fine. Looked like a postgres thing. Checked the forums here and saw a file for mod_pgsql followed it an hey presto all god in the hood. Thanks for that guys.
I have a call center that I can't get working though. I have deleted and recreated it a good few times, but can't seem to get anything to work. It looks like when the call center q is created it doesn't add anything into the dial plan. Is it supposed to? If anyone has any pointers I'd be eternally greatful
edited: I'm on 4.4.11 is that the latest stable?
switch: 1.10.5
tried adding a dial plan xml for freeswitch for an IVr - not sure if that's made things worse - it accepted the input but I can't find it in the dialplan now!
So it apperas that there is no dialplan entry for the callcenter stuff.
I have the following: I think the call is droppnig out as there is no music available? Is that right - if so how do I go about creating the missing files?
