- Fully Functional Agent Page: A smooth and efficient experience for your agents, with queue-by-queue logins, setting of call outcomes and feature codes.
- Manual and Automatic Outbound Call Tracking: Get a complete picture of all your call activities, no0t just incoming queues. Includes a manual dialer (AMO).
- Access to Audio Recordings: Easily review call recordings for quality assurance and training.
- Music on Hold Tracking: Understand how your hold times are being experienced.
- Supervisor functions: Experience seamless call listening, hanging up, transferring, and coaching – all within the graphical interface.
- Overnight Event Replication: Ensuring data consistency and reliability for long-lived agent sessions.
- Automatic Agent Configuration: Simplifying the setup process.
We've been working hard on this integration, and we're confident that the level of integration for FusionPBX is on par with, if in some sense not better than, what we offer for FreePBX and most other PBX systems.
